House of Dear products are made with love and intention in the USA.
What do House of Dear products smell like?
Heaven.
What fragrances does House of Dear use?
A blend of clove, mandarin orange, tangerine, clary sage, jasmine and bergamot.
Is House of Dear Gluten-Free or Vegan?
All House of Dear products are gluten-free and formulated without any animal products.
Does House of Dear use SLS or Parabens?
No way.
Does House of Dear test on Animals?
House of Dear loves animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we purchase from suppliers who are unable to prove that they are also cruelty-free.
Is House of Dear color-safe?
Absolutely. House of Dear products are safe for chemically treated hair and even extend the life of your color. Sunflower seed extract, one of our main ingredients, is a natural color preservative.
Can House of Dear packaging be recycled?
Yes. Be sure to rinse out bottles before recycling.

You can click on the “Password Reminder” link, and a password reminder e-mail will be generated.
What credit cards are accepted on your site?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Afterpay.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will received an order acknowledgment e-mail shortly after placing an order on our website. If you don’t receive one, please check your SPAM folder. If it’s not in there, please shoot us a note at support [at] houseofdear.com and we’ll look into it.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to revise or cancel orders once they have been placed. The good news is, we’re happy to help you seamlessly return or exchange any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit!

What are the eGift Card terms and conditions?
Please protect your gift card and treat it as you would cash. Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Further, House of Dear is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed cards, cards used without your consent or any balance you had on such cards.
House of Dear gift cards are redeemable on HouseofDear.com only. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and are non-refundable. The gift card is not a credit card or debit card. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of $50.
If any merchandise purchased with a gift card is subsequently returned or exchanged for merchandise of a lower price, any money owed will be added to the remaining balance on the card. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards or be applied toward previous purchases. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of the merchandise exceeds the value of the gift card.
House of Dear reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. Your purchase or use of a House of Dear gift card constitutes acceptance of the preceding terms and conditions.
